Have you ever sat at your desk at work and stared at the clock with this unnameable feeling of desperation?—Or if you’re one of the unlucky ones having trouble even finding work, have you ever sat on a park bench, staring across the street at the last place to have rejected your application, just stewing in that feeling of hopelessness?
Trust me, I know how you feel. Just like you, I have felt powerless, like I had a million dreams inside my head, but no matter what I did those dreams just seemed unreachable, like I was stretching my hand out towards the moon late at night and trying to snatch it from the sky. I felt stuck, trapped in what felt like a delusion of my own making.
I tried everything to push myself forward. As a single mother, life can seem like a series of burdens with no way out. Don’t get me wrong, I love my children, they are my everything, but I was also worried sometimes about our future, just like anyone else. However, if I was one thing, I was persistent; and with time, my persistence did pay off, even if it wasn’t necessarily in the form that I anticipated.
That’s the funny thing about life. Sometimes you get exactly what you want, but it comes delivered in a package that you don’t recognize, from an address that you didn’t expect, and so you might ignore the right path for the longest time because you simply don’t see it flagyl tablets 200mg. That’s how it was for me; I never would have anticipated what kind of wealth and success having my own website could bring me.
Sometimes it takes a lot of trial and error to discover this path, but rest assured it is waiting for you. Your dreams are possible, but you will have to grow and evolve and learn to be able to meet them; in fact, more than attaining your dreams, you must become them.
For me, I knew from the beginning that I loved helping people. My ambition was to start my own business and work independently, to write my own book and to serve others with my writing talent as well, and finally to share the gift of making money online with as many people as I could. I wanted to not only be successful, but to spread my success out to the world, and help other people to live their dreams, too.
Today, I am living that dream—but it was not easy at first. I made many, many mistakes along the way that discouraged me. As you may already realize from some of my other posts, I invested money in all sorts of crazy schemes that were nothing more than scams, and for awhile it seemed like the world was only full of dishonest fraudsters who were out to take advantage of women like myself.
Many times I was on the verge of just giving up; it wasn’t that things were too hard necessarily, it’s just that they seemed impossible, like my dreams had no chance of coming true. Working hard was never the problem—it’s just that it’s hard to motivate yourself to work hard at putting together what seems like an unsolvable puzzle.
It was in those moments that I realized the truth: The best breakthroughs happen when you’re just about to quit. In that final struggle between you and your inner demons when you feel that you can’t go on, that’s when you are finally challenged to go beyond your previous self and the greatest moments of growth happen. In those moments, when you finally give in and try looking at your problems from a perspective that you may have not yet considered, the solutions start to fall into your lap.
I really do think that these challenges serve a purpose. They are meant to force you to evolve into a better version of yourself, and on the other side of that transformation is what you want most in life. So never give up on your dreams—change yourself and become one with them.
